Electric poultry depilator is used to automatically depilate chickens, ducks, domestic pigeons, quails and other poultry. It is suitable for poultry food manufactories, roast chickens/ducks shops and restaurants and mess halls of schools and companies. It is have the advantages of clear, high speed, high effective and convenience. It is effectively to release the people from the dirty and hard work to depilate the poultry by hands. The workload of one machine can be equal to ten people¡¯s, at the same time, it can simply to clean the epidermis pore and the dirt. It can depilate 500 chickens /ducks in one minute. Using methods:

1.    After open the box, please check the components of the machine. Some of the screws need tightening. Use your hands to whirl the underpan to make sure that is flexible, if not , please adjust the transmission belt.

2.    Please install a knife switch or pulls switch near the machine.

3.    When kill the chickens/ ducks, please to make sure the cutting point is small, and after killed, please immerse the chickens/ducks in mild water (about 30¡æ) to make all the feather is wet. You¡¯ better mix some salt in the water to prevent the demerging of epidermis.

4.    Take the chickens/ducks from the mild water and then put into boiled water(about 75¡æ) and use a stick to stir that to make the whole chickens/ducks are scalded.

5.    Then put the chickens/ducks into the depilator, you can put 1-5 chickens one time.

6.    Turn on the knife switch, then the machine start to work, while the machine is working, please trickle the water on the chickens/ducks (hot water is better). Feather can be drained out together with the sewage. After 1 minute, the poultry are depilated clearly.

 Points for attention:

1.    In order to ensure the security, please link the groundwire. The knife switch of the electric motor should be higher than the machine and keep a distance with the machine.

2.    Don¡¯t use wet hand to turn on/off the knife switch.

3.    This machine use single electricity supply (750W-1100W) electric motor, it is much better if have that there electricity supply electric motor.

4.    The running speed of the electric motor is 1400/min .
